Devil May Cry 5 debuts at Microsoft E3 press conference

Ten years after the release of Devil May Cry 4 and five years on from the Ninja Theory developed reboot, Capcom announced Devil May Cry 5 at the Xbox E3 2018 press conference. Devil May Cry 5, however, is going to be the latest canonical entry in the series' main timeline, following the adventures of Nero and Dante once more.

Almost 10 years after Devil May Cry 4, the next game will finally conclude the Sons of Sparda saga. It's promised that Devil May Cry 5 will have incredible gameplay, which is good because nobody likes bad gameplay.

In the game, several years have passed and the threat of demonic power is "long since forgotten". Young demon hunter Nero has lost his Devil Bringer demon arm... but hey!

E3 2018: Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition coming to the Switch
A PS3 version released exclusively in Japan a year later had some extra content that never made its way to the west. The role-playing game follows Yuri Lowell, who must save the planet with the help of a plucky group of characters.
