E3 2018: Devolver Digital Announce Metal Wolf Chaos XD

Metal Wolf Chaos XD

Metal Wolf Chaos XD, a lost From Software classic from 2004, is getting a remaster

Given how poorly the Xbox performed in Japan, that's not a phrase that you hear that often. Now, though, Devolver Digital is bringing an official version of the game to Western markets for the very first time. The company posted a Twitter post later that month to FromSoftware's Yasunori Ogura stating, "Give us a shout, we'd love to talk about Metal Wolf Chaos!".

You play as 47th President of the United States Michael Wilson, who is betrayed by his painfully evil vice president and nemesis Richard Hawk.

Back in 2004, when From Software were not yet a household name in gaming, it released an Xbox exclusive game only in Japan called Metal Wolf Chaos.

Death Stranding gameplay trailer is beyond mysterious
We still don't know when the game will release, but we definitely can not wait to see more from Death Stranding , so stay tuned. Then Wagner appeared at the end of the trailer as someone who seems to know Sam, though he doesn't know her.

The original Metal Wolf Chaos was a mech cult-classic for the Xbox released back in 2004 in Japan only despite having full English (or Engrish) voice acting. Battle in your advanced mech - armed to the teeth - across iconic American landscapes including the Brooklyn Bridge, the Grand Canyon, and the front steps of the White House.

Metal Wolf Chaos isn't a new game, by any means. The remaster will be developed by General Arcade, and it'll feature "upgraded visual fidelity, refined controls and gameplay, a new save system, and 4K + 16:9 support for modern displays".
