Cristiano Ronaldo's Real Madrid career in numbers

Italian giants Juventus have signed Cristiano Ronaldo, with the former Real Madrid star heading for his first spell in Italy, after nine years starring in Spain's La Liga.

He has scored a record 120 Champions League goals, 105 of them since moving to Madrid - 12 more than Juventus managed in that same period.

On Tuesday, Juventus president Andrea Agnelli flew from Pisa to Greece to meet Ronaldo, who is on holiday in Kalamata, and his agent Jorge Mendes arrived from England later on to join them. I am leaving but this shirt, this badge and the Santiago Bernabeu I will continue to feel as something that is mine wherever I go.

Ronaldo won sixteen honours with Real, which included four European Cups three of which have come in the last three seasons.

Real paid tribute to Ronaldo, who is the all-time top scorer in the Champions League, in a lengthy statement on their website and said the player had asked to be transferred.

Jeep gave every member of Juventus a new Grand Cherokee Summit a few years ago, but that might be too mundane for someone like Ronaldo, who spends most of his time on Instagram in high performance machines like Lamborghinis and Bugattis.

Juventus have yet to announce the transfer, though the five-time Ballon d'Or victor said his farewells to Madrid in a letter published on the LaLiga club's website.

"Real Madrid CF communicates that, in response to the will and request expressed by the player Cristiano Ronaldo, he has agreed to transfer to Juventus FC".

"Aside from the individual honours, the trophies won and the triumphs on the pitch during the last nine years, Cristiano Ronaldo has been an example of dedication, hard wok, responsibility and self-improvement". Ronaldo will reportedly make an annual salary of around $35 million with Juventus. "I came here to win titles", the 24-year-old told reporters.

Cristiano scored an incredible 451 goals in 438 games, meaning an average of 1.03 goals per game played for Los Blancos. In addition to that, Juve will have to pay the €100 transfer fee to Real Madrid.
