No word yet when it will launch as the Nokia 5.1 Plus or if it will actually be sold in the United States, but it would make it one of the more affordable Nokia phones in the market if it does.

As for the availability, the Nokia 3.1 will be available for purchase via Nokia's online store, Paytm Mall and across major mobile retailers starting July 21. 'Treasure ship' claim raises eyebrows in South Korea
It's expected it would be divided up somehow between Russia, South Korea , and the company credited with its discovery. Even if the ship is hoisted and treasures are found, their ownership could be disputed.

As for selfies and video calling, the handset comes with 8-megapixel fixed focus sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 84.6-degrees field-of-view. The phone has an expandable storage support of 128GB (via microSD card). Battery capacity under the hood of the phone is capped at 2,990mAh. Alongside launching the device, HMD also introduced a slew of launch offers including special tariff plans from Idea Cellular and Vodafone India.

Other features of the phone include a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 4.2 and a microUSB port. Indian markets will get only the 2GB variant which comes with 16GB internal storage.
