Brad Pitt Says He Gave Angelina Jolie $9 Million Since Split

On Tuesday, Jolie claimed in court papers that her ex had not paid "meaningful child support" for their six kids since their 2016 split.

Oh, and they also made sure to call Angie's latest moves a "thinly-veiled effort to manipulate media coverage".

In court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight, Pitt's attorney stated, "Respondent has previously loaned Petitioner $8.0 million to assist her in purchasing her current residence and has paid over $1.3 million in bills for the benefit of Petitioner and the minor children".

The most recent flare-up is reportedly tied to Jolie filming the Maleficent sequel in London and wanting to have the children with her for the summer.

"Following the incident of September 2016, Angelina and the children needed to move from the family home, which Brad chose to keep, including all of its contents", DeJean said in a statement obtained by ET Canada.

Another thing the filing claims is that on August 6, Angelina asked Brad and his team to wait (a week) to take action on any new filings but on August 7, she reportedly tried to make it seem like she had the complaints first by taking action herself.

"[Pitt] has a statutory duty to pay child support".

Japanese University accused of lowering women’s grades in its admission exam
Around 2006, executives at Tokyo Medical University saw what they thought was a problem with their applicants: Too many women. The findings released Tuesday by lawyers involved in the internal investigation confirm recent reports in Japanese media.

The two filings were rare unsealed public documents in the case that gave a glimpse into the slow-moving divorce of the 54-year-old actor Pitt and the 43-year-old actress and director Jolie Pitt.

Pitt forks over hundreds of thousands each month on therapists for his six children, travel expenses and round-the-clock bodyguards, sources told Page Six.

Pitt was investigated for possible child abuse after losing his temper in front of some of the children, but was later cleared of the allegations.

In June, Pitt and Jolie's custody battle hit a fever pitch and a judge required Jolie tell their children that the "court has determined that not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them", that they are "safe with their father", and that having a healthy relationship with both parents is "critical".

DeJean goes on to state that Jolie would like the court to have Pitt pay her the money she is owed.

"Brad has completely lived up to his commitments as far as child support and will continue to do so", the source added.

'She can't see past her anger for Brad that he is on his way to getting joint custody, ' said the magazine's source.
