Melania Trump says she ignores rumours of Donald Trump's infidelity

In her wide-ranging interview, which airs in full at 10 p.m. Friday, the first lady also addresses the infamous jacket she wore as she visited immigrant children along the border with Mexico.

"I could say I'm the most bullied person in the world", she told the reporter.

Despite the public's constant focus on her personal life, the persistent allegations of infidelity and the onslaught of accusations of sexual misconduct against her husband -- accusations the president denies -- the first lady insists their marriage is good and that she loves her husband.

I'm a mother and a first lady, and I have much more important things to think about and to do.

Earlier this year, The Wall Street Journal reported that Donald Trump's former personal attorney Michael Cohen paid $130,000 to adult film star Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election as part of a hush agreement over an alleged affair. Cohen has pleaded guilty to campaign finance violations.

Perhaps in the future she should consider making more of an effort to encourage Trump to be his best self on social media.
