Destiny 2 PC Version Is Free for a Limited Time

Destiny 2 is free to keep if you claim it before November 18

Destiny 2 will be free for all Battle.net players through Nov. 18th

"Starting today through November 18, Destiny 2 is going to be free to all Battle.net players", Cotton confirmed, and it'll be free to keep once you've claimed it - you just need to grab it before the window shuts.

Destiny 2 on PC is free for Battle.net users from November 2 to November 18, developer Bungie announced at BlizzCon 2018.

Additionally, all Destiny 2 players will have access to the Destiny: Forsaken PvP/PvE hybrid mode, Gambit from November 9-11 during a Gambit Free Weekend. Players creating new Battle.net accounts to redeem the game will be required to enable Blizzard SMS protection before they are allowed to redeem the game. For those who already own Destiny 2 on PC, you'll get an anniversary emblem. Having the base game be free for a limited time is certainly a good way to drum up interest, especially since the PC community is far smaller than on consoles.

This marks the second platform Destiny 2 has been made available for free after the PS4.
