A New York City woman who had been charged in a vehicle crash that killed a Broadway star's unborn baby, her 4-year-old daughter and another child was found dead Tuesday, having apparently taken her own life.
Sources say bottles of prescription pills were found nearby along with an apparent suicide note.
The triple-killing saw Bruns indicted by a grand jury on charges of manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and assault.
Bruns suffered a seizure while stopped at a red light, promping her vehicle to lurch forward into the youngsters and pregnant mother. Two months after the crash, Miles and her husband, Jonathan Blumenstein, suffered more heartbreak when they lost their unborn baby.
Prior to the horrific March 5 auto crash that killed Joshua Lew, 1, and 4-year-old Abigail Blumenstein, Bruns had been instructed not to drive.

Additionally in the past two years she accrued four speed violations and four red light violations.
