During the Samsung Developers Conference, the Korean electronics giant announced both its Infinity Flex display and Google's support for foldable screens.

When folded, the cover display, an OLED that functions as a notification center, measures 4.58 inches diagonally.

The unfolded screen of the upcoming phone is bigger than Samsung's biggest smartphone, the Note9, which is 6.4 inches, and the iPhone XS Max at 6.5 inches. Samsung also has a New Infinity display in the works, as pointed out in the same image as the notched displays, though there's no news on what that display would be like. It's comprised of three optimized areas - the operating system, Google Play Store, and Google apps - ...

As well as showing off its foldable phone at the Samsung Developer Conference recently, Samsung also used the event to demonstrate an overhaul of its Android interface dubbed One UI, and in the process it might also have shown the colors that the Samsung Galaxy S10 will land in.

"We expect to see foldable products from several Android manufacturers", he added.

Gigi's look also included a MASSIVE parachute-like structure on her back, as opposed to wings like the models usually wear. The bra's casing is also set in sterling silver.

As for the OLED display, Samsung says that it can withstand being folded 200,000 times, which corresponds to approximately 55 times per day for 10 years.

"The foldable display lays the foundation for a new kind of mobile experience", said Koh Dong-jin, president and CEO of the IT and mobile communications division at Samsung.

Not alike: I've previously reported on the foldable smartphone rumor. Samsung released its first Android Go phone earlier this year in the form of the Galaxy J2 Core, and just a few months later, we have another entry with the J4 Core.

Royole said it would start filling orders in late December.
