Jimmy Butler #23 of the Philadelphia 76ers looks on against the Utah Jazz at the Wells Fargo Center on November 16, 2018 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Walker had 60 points, the highest total in the National Basketball Association this season, but Jimmy Butler hit a 3-pointer as time expired in overtime to lift the Philadelphia 76ers to a 122-119 victory over the Hornets.

It was another struggle for Nicolas Batum, who went scoreless and didn't play for the majority of the second half.

He blocked Walker's shot and saved the ball to a teammate with 15 seconds left, setting the stage for his winning jumper from the top of the key over Dwayne Bacon.

While the Sixers already had risky weapons in Simmons and Embiid, one thing is becoming clear - newly-acquired Jimmy Butler may be the most unsafe of them all late in games. Butler spoiled Kemba's career night, as he had dropped 60 points in the losing effort.

Walker scored 58 points, going 20-for-29 shooting, through regulation to put up the most points of any National Basketball Association player this season.

Walker shot 21 of 34 from the field and had six 3-pointers.

"In my head, as much as I wanted the shot to go in to win the game, I also wanted it to go in because I didn't want Kemba to give me 70", he said following the Sixers' 122-119 overtime win. He got open for a slam dunk, but also committed two fouls during his short time on the court.
