It is totally legal for you to lick your own doorbell for three hours.

"It didn't take us long to identify the individual", Salina Police Department spokesperson Miguel Cabrera said.

"I thought boy there's a lot of traffic", said homeowner Sylvia Dunga.

The Dungans were out of town at the time, but their children were home.

In another incident captured by a home surveillance camera, Jeffrey Zeigler shot at a 14-year-old black boy who had missed his school bus and knocked at the man's home to ask for directions after becoming lost. Police say he eventually took off with an extension cord, but that was later found by the Dungan's neighbors the next morning.

They were alerted to the incident when their surveillance system notified them of movement by the front door.

"Pretty creepy stuff", said homeowner Dave Dungan, KPIX reported. "I started reviewing the videos, (and said to myself) 'Well, who the heck is this?'"

She was even more shocked when she watched the video: Hours of a male trespasser licking the doorbell.

"This just kind of reinforces how important it is to have security within your home".

Police are still looking for Arroyo who could face petty theft and prowling which are both misdemeanor charges.

The man was also caught relieving himself in the front yard, and reportedly also approached a neighbor's house.
