The long-running series Criminal Minds has been renewed for a 15th and final season.
On Twitter, fans reacted with disappointment when they learned the show, about a group Federal Bureau of Investigation profilers from the Behavioral Analysis Unit, would wrap up after more than 300 episodes.
Criminal Minds' Season 14 finale airs Wednesday, Feb. 6 at 10/9c on CBS.
Variety reports the show is now shooting Season 14, which consists of fifteen episodes.

'It's really bittersweet, but I'm so, so grateful to CBS for giving us this heads-up, ' showrunner Erica Messer told TVLine. Some memorable villains from past seasons could also make an appearance, as could fan-favorite characters who've left the show, like Jason Gideon (Mandy Patinkin), Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson), and Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore).
