Resident Evil 2 Remake demo stats revealed by Capcom

CAPCOM's Resident Evil 2 Time Limited Demo is Now Available

The Resident Evil 2 demo in Japan is less sticky and icky

The Resident Evil 2 Remake 1-Shot Demo is now available worldwide, and new details on the upcoming remake have emerged online.

Resident Evil 2 Remake's "1-Shot" demo is live on the PlayStation Store for PS4. It's possible, as Resident Evil 7 also fell foul of some censors in Capcom's homeland.

The Resident Evil 2 demo release date is January 11 and will be available for download until January 31. As of this writing, though, we have heard rumors that you can replay the demo by launching the demo on a separate account.

Legendary Bafana player Phil Masinga passes away at 49
Masinga played for Leeds between 1994 and 1996 making 31 appearances and scoring five goals. We'll never forget your goal that took South Africa to their first World Cup in 1998.

In fact, the entire idea behind the demo was to only give players one chance to complete it and experience it.

With the PC version of the game hitting Steam, here's what you need to know before downloading the demo. You won't be able to play the demo again once the time has expired, but you can view the trailer as much as you'd like. Furthermore, all the action in the Resident Evil 2 demo takes place in Racoon City Police Station, putting you in the role of Leon Kennedy, one of the full game's two protagonists. The original is more than 20 years old, after all.

While you can not replay the demo after your 30 minutes are up using the same account, there are ways of replaying it. It'll set you back a fair chunk of GB, and you only have thirty minutes to get as far as you can. Progress does not carry over to the full game, meaning you'll be starting from the very beginning.
