Kanye West’s Identity Stolen, Signature Forged For $900K Phony Performance Contract!

Man Forges Kanye West's Signature to Steal $900K from Fashion Brand

Kanye West’s Signature Reportedly Forged in $1 Million Scam for NYFW Philipp Plein Performance

Heading into the weekend, reports emerged about Kanye falling victim to forgery from a G.O.O.D.

As news of the appearance started to make the rounds on social media, wife Kim Kardashian was quick to shut it down. He claims Kanye was aware of the pending contract, but when it became clear Ye wasn't going to perform ... he let Plein know the deal was off. Malik claims he didn't touch a dime of Plein's money and even sent it back to him. "We were beyond excited to work with [West] but unfortunately an individual pretended to be part of his management team and acted without Kanye's knowledge, capitalizing on a former friendship with him", a Philipp Plein representative said in a statement.

"It gets worse. We're told the guy forged Kanye's name on the contract and then had a $900,000 advance wired to an account ... which the guy promptly cleaned out".

No plan to meet Xi before deadline
The US says it will raise tariffs on imports from China if they fail to reach an agreement by that deadline. US stocks fell sharply on Thursday as it became clear the meeting will not take place before the deadline.

Kanye West's identity was stolen, and signature forged by someone described as an "associate" at his label G.O.O.D. Six children from the foundation were also expected to appear at the high-brow event, wearing Philipp Plein head to toe. According to documents obtained by The Blast, frequent collaborator Malik Yusef was the one who made the deal.

He also blasted Kanye for not coming to his aide, when he is so quick to defend his buddy, United States President, Donald Trump. Well, at the very least he wasn't counting on someone forging his signature on docs to perform during New York Fashion Week, as was the case during a recent performance booking for the Phillipp Plein show.
