Google's 2019 Hardware Includes a New Home, Watch, Security Camera

Google Pixel 4 may get dual SIM support like the iPhone

Google may unveil Pixel 3 Lite and new smartwatch in 2019

The report adds that Google will be releasing "a new premium phone in its Pixel range, as usual". "New products planned for this year include smart speakers, wearables and web cameras, sources familiar with the company's plans told the Nikkei Asian Review". The Google Pixel family has grown in terms of market share over the past year by approximately 0.13-percent, the source says, citing IDC.

The news comes from Nikkei Asian Review, which says that Google plans to unveil its first lower-priced smartphone this year "as part of an aggressive push into hardware that it hopes will draw more users into its ecosystem", according to sources.

Previous year we heard rumours of a Pixel Watch to be released alongside the Pixel 3 phones but that did not eventuate apparently due to delays. The final tally shows that the Google Pixel 3 XL is the clear victor, with 34 percent of responders selecting it as their choice.

Tipster Evan Blass, better known via his Twitter handle @evleaks, predicted that Google would finally launch its long-awaited Pixel Watch smartwatch during its Made By Google event in October 2018.

Ten Hag hails 'excellent' Ajax after VAR controversy
While Ajax didn't get a desired result, it wasn't a matter of Real Madrid having youngsters like Vinicius Junior and Ajax not. Solari gave Vinicius 90 minutes in his first match in charge, more than Lopetegui had in all 14 of his, AFP reported.

Pixel 3 Lite purportedly has the same 5.5-inch screen size as the Pixel 3, but will carry a lower resolution 2,220 x 1,080 IPS panel compared to the FHD+ OLED on the latter. If the DSDS or DSDA feature is released on the Pixel 4, Google could possibly roll out the feature on the compatible older generation phones as well.

Google Pixel 3 was announced back in October and presented Android fans with a number of notable improvements from its predecessor.

New smart speakers and security cameras aren't especially surprising. It's not clear what's expected to change on the new Home speaker, however.

The iPhone XR starts at $749, while the current entry-level Pixel 3 starts at $799, only fifty dollars more.

And lastly, the company is reportedly working on a new security camera. The original Google Home has been crying out for an upgrade for quite some time, while an annual smartphone refresh is par for the course.
