On Monday, a video circulated around social media appearing to show a blonde woman, wearing all black, toss a chair off the balcony of the window of a building in Toronto.
"She is embarrassed by what happened. Of course, she would never wish anyone would be hurt", said Greg Leslie, her lawyer.
Marcella Christianna Zoia, 19, a dental hygenist student, was released on bail Wednesday after Toronto Police charged her with mischief endangering life, mischief damage to property valued under $5,000, and being a common nuisance.
The chairs landed near the front entrance of the towering condo.
On Tuesday, Toronto police said they identified the woman seen tossing a chair off a downtown condominium balcony, believed to be some 40 storeys up.
As part of her conditions, Zoia must reside with a surety - her mother - and can not be in contact with four other people believed to be involved in the incident.
Iran Vows Revenge for Terror Attack on IRGC
Iranian state media have blamed Jaish al-Adl or "Army of Justice", an al-Qaida-linked Sunni extremist group for the bombing. He earlier blasted the two-day conference being co-hosted by Washington in Warsaw as "dead on arrival".
"It was not just a lark gone bad". This might not go to trial.
The Toronto police have thanked the public for their assistance identifying the woman.
"(She had) no regard for anybody that might be passing underneath", Const. David Hopkinson said, adding that the area is often filled with tourists and pedestrians. "This is irresponsible behavior that is unacceptable", Toronto's mayor, John Tory, said.
Contacted for a statement, Airbnb said it was looking into whether any Airbnb guests were involved.
This is not amusing, I hope she gets caught!???? It was grossly irresponsible behavior that could have caused serious injury and death'.
"I just hope that people take from the example the consequences that will befall this woman".
