The Green New Deal, sponsored by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-New York, and Sen. Edward J. Markey (Mass.).

An edited clip was posted on Twitter but a much longer exchange was posted on Facebook.

The kids told KPIX they are looking it over this weekend, and plan to pay Feinstein a visit again Monday to tell her directly how they feel about her resolution. While speaking at a Girls Who Code town hall event in NY last week, Ocasio-Cortez declared that she is "the boss".

"That resolution will not pass the Senate", Feinstein told the students. "And you can take that back to whoever sent you here". And I know what I'm doing.

Feinstein noted how the plan lacks support from Republicans, who control the Senate. She offered to provide copies for each child and asked them to review it and let her know if they see issues.

The people of the United States deserve and demand our country to aggressively address climate change.

"Our planet is going to hit disaster if we don't turn this ship around and so it's basically like, there's a scientific consensus that the lives of children are going to be very hard", Ocasio-Cortez said in an Instagram Live video showing her chopping vegetables in her kitchen.

"I didn't expect anything to go viral, but now that it has I think we should just keep advocating to get the Green New Deal", Jasia said. Feinstein responded. "Then you can do it your way".

In the video, Feinstein also asks a girl how old she is as the girl says politicians should listen to the people they represent. I've been doing this for 30 years, I know what I'm doing.

Measles Outbreak Has Spread From Vancouver International Airport To This Canadian City
In a follow-up on the measles outbreak in the Vancouver , British Columbia area, health officials are reporting two new cases. This is a question a mom is asking in the latest case of a measles outbreak that is spreading across Vancouver.

"I'm trying to do the best I can, which was to write a responsible resolution", Feinstein said. "You come in here and say, 'It has to be my way or the highway.' I don't respond to that".

She did not say definitively which way she'd vote on the deal, telling one student she could support the measure.

Feinstein goes on to explain that she has drafted her own resolution, which she says will have both a meaningful impact and a chance of passing in the Republican-controlled Senate. The Green New Deal, championed by Democrats Sen. Kamala D. Harris (Calif.), Kirsten Gillibrand (N.Y.), Cory Booker (N.J.) and Elizabeth Warren (Mass.).

Ocasio-Cortez's climate change hysteria is so intense that she suggested on Sunday that people should consider not having kids because it's a "scientific consensus" that life will be hard for them in the future. This is a fight for our generation's survival.

As Feinstein stood there, she finally began lecturing them - and the entire interaction was videotaped.

Once most of the children exit, several women stay and calmly chat with Feinstein.

But the now-viral encounter, captured on video, exposes other problems as well.

"And it does lead, I think, young people to have a legitimate question, you know, 'Is it okay to still have children?'" "Because no one else has even tried", she claimed.
