The final six episodes of the megahit show were originally rumored to be 90 minutes long each, but it's now clear that only the last four episodes will be longer than the show's usual runtime.
Previously, it was rumored each of the six episodes could be as long as most movies.
The final season is sure to provoke an array of emotions from loyal fans of the show, considering it has been on the air since 2011. Of course, the most important thing here is that the episodes are the right length - enough for character moments, those epic battles we're all waiting for, and without bulk for the sake of bulk. The season premiere will be followed by a 58-minute episode April 21.
